
ABOUT
Mr. Gary Fitch has conducted business as Chairmen of the Board of White Owl since its inceptions 8 June 2012. In addition to running the company’s business operations Gary provides Strategic Consulting services to commercial and Government entities with a particular focus on the Federal arena. In parallel with the White Owl effort, Gary was the Vice President of Intellligence Services and Business Operations for Kingfisher Systems, Inc. from June 2005 through October 2019. From 2005 through 2010, he was also the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition to his responsibilities for internal operations covering Accounting, Contracts & Pricing, he led the Strategic Consulting Practice Area. This practice area provided Strategic Business Planning, Proposal Support, GSA Schedule Award and Maintenance, DCAA Compliance, FAR Compliant Procurement System Services and a host of other services to other companies who want to achieve the next level within the Federal, State and Local contracting arena. He was formerly VP of Contracts at Gray Hawk Systems, Inc. (an Inc. 500 awardee five years in a row) which was sold for $100M to ManTech International in 2005. Prior employment experience includes KPMG Consulting, Computer Sciences Corporation, Verizon, Lockheed Martin, Aeronautical Radio, Inc. and Western Union. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration from UVA in 1974 and a MBA from UMD in 1985.
